Moody's is a leading global integrated risk assessment firm that empowers organizations to make informed decisions.

The Sales Operations Associate will work within the Commercial Group, supporting the execution and improvement of Commercial Group processes. The role aims to enhance internal and external customer experiences, drive consistent performance, and efficiency.

The individual will be measured on their support in implementing specific initiatives and their efficiency in operational, control, and data maintenance activities. They will work closely across departments in the Commercial Group, including Sales and Commercial Operations Product, Pricing, and Billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the relevant team in improving the customer experience.
  • Enter, capture, and review business data, such as KPIs, process performance measurements, and other key metrics, to support process performance measurement and reporting.
  • Support the creation, generation, and maintenance of process and control documentation, dashboards, and reports.
  • Assist in the rollout of new and revised business processes as needed and by reviewing and updating Operational Guidelines, data, metrics, and controls.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and operation of a balanced and modern pricing, quoting, and billing system.
  • Liaise with other Commercial teams like Billing, Collections, Pricing, and Ratings to achieve efficiencies in Commercial processes.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly the Sales organization in assigned regions/lines of business.
  • Participate in and support the coordination of meetings, activities, and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
  • 0-1 year of working experience in Project Management, Process Management, Sales Operations, Accounts Payable, or Collections.
  • B2 or higher English language proficiency.
  • Exposure to and/or knowledge of Rating Agencies is a plus.
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual.
  • Analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Understanding of Improvement in Execution and project management.
  • Curious, resourceful, and able to think critically.
  • Results-oriented, bringing issues to timely closure.
  • Able to prioritize and complete work tasks efficiently and optimally.
  • Collaborative team member who is flexible to a global working environment.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.

Maintenance of a high level of data quality is essential for this role.
