Job Summary

The Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the global forecasting process and advising the sales force on commercial sales transactions. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend GPC forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Manage and create dashboards for license utilization.
  • Analyze and review current customer licensing, products, and usage.
  • Suggest creative pricing and payment solutions balancing customer needs and pricing policies.
  • Review quotes and order forms for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and accurately maintain the swap plan worksheet, which tracks unused inventory to be swapped with potential closures in any given quarter.
  • Work closely with the Partner Sales Ops team to complete all license swaps accurately.
  • Provide constant inputs to the Partner and internal SN teams on burndown and related metrics.
  • Ensure pipeline accuracy with burndown allocations for all GEOs.
  • Interface with Order Management to ensure accuracy of booked sales opportunities in the ServiceNow sales automation tool.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in Sales Operations in a software sales organization.
  • Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with a CRM system.
  • Has been in a role supporting Sales Reps and Sales Territories.
  • Strong listening, analytic, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize to meet business needs.
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Team Player with a positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven.
