**About the Position**

You will play a crucial role in shaping Nitel's channel development strategies, driving business expansion opportunities and partnerships across specified markets.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales goals, partnering with leadership teams to establish go-to-market strategies, managing channel sales agents to drive regional revenue, and cultivating new agent engagement.

Additional duties involve coaching sales agents on Nitel products and procedures, qualifying prospective sales opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure delivery of services and customer satisfaction.

To succeed, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of sales experience in telecom or high-tech with strong technical capability/computer savviness
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in channel, sales, marketing, and business development
  • Creative and strategic thinking, excellent written and oral communication skills, and presentation skills
