**Transform Healthcare with Medtronic**
As a Sales Representative II, you will play a pivotal role in promoting Medtronic's innovative products and services within a designated geographic area. Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits.
- Promote and establish education of Medtronic's products and services.
- Conduct market research, including customer and competitor activities.
- Implement market development plans and strategies as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of Medtronic's products and services.
- English: Intermediate Level.
- Experience entering the operating room.
- Experience with office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in government sales.
- Experience with the SICOP platform.
**Nice to Have:** Experience with SAP and VENDAVO platforms.
