Job Overview
The Sales Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in building and developing the BDR/SDR Enablement Program for FY25. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales enablement professional with excellent coaching/mentorship skills and a strong ability to facilitate workshops and roleplays.
This role involves training, ramping up new hires globally, and coaching existing team members through interactive sessions. As a key member of the Global Field Enablement team, you will contribute to the success of our sales organization by designing and implementing effective sales strategies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a Global Onboarding Program: Design and implement a global onboarding program for BDRs & SDRs, focusing on sales skills and sales tools while ensuring consistency in training across regions.
- Workshops and Facilitation: Provide hands-on coaching to new and existing BDRs & SDRs, conducting virtual, in-person, and on-demand workshops and roleplays to enhance their prospecting, lead qualification, and communication skills.
- Individual and Group Coaching: Tailor coaching sessions to individual needs while leading group coaching sessions to foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously analyze performance metrics and trends, influencing the overall program strategy.
- Assess Performance: Identify areas for improvement and implement targeted coaching strategies.
- Continuous Training: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to improve coaching programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams to understand challenges and opportunities, adapting coaching programs accordingly.
- Global Communication: Develop channels for global information sharing among BDR & SDR teams, ensuring a cohesive coaching experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have 8+ years of SaaS Enablement experience in a training delivery or coaching role, with 2-3 years in a business development, sales development, or quota-carrying role (top performer preferred). You should also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be proficient in English, and have experience with sales methodologies and common sales tools.
A strong understanding of adult learning methodologies, project management, and the ability to simplify complex concepts are essential. Additionally, you should be able to travel up to 10% when needed and collaborate with teams and manage projects in multiple locations.
