Global Business Enablement Strategist

This role is part of Intel's Sales and Marketing organization, working closely with global customers and partners to solve critical business problems using Intel-based technology solutions.
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to partner with cross-functional teams to enable new business solutions globally, while defining long-term scalable models and capabilities that drive revenue growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will help enable new business deals by ensuring effective customer setup activities, managing logistics and credit, and confirming process adherence. They will work closely with customers, Business Units, and Global Teams to ensure efficient process management and channel alignment.
The PM will also engage as a key input into a strategic taskforce shaping scalable business models and capabilities required for growth and support.

- Influence diverse audiences towards new solutions
- Craft clear and actionable recommendations from complex data
- Drive solutions across dynamic stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
We seek candidates with:
- University Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in program or project management
- Advanced Excel skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Operations, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, our total compensation package includes stock, bonuses, health, retirement, and vacation benefits.
Work ModelThis role is eligible for our hybrid work model, allowing employees to split their time between working on-site and off-site. In certain circumstances, the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
