At Teleperformance Costa Rica, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multilingual Technical Support Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

About the Role:

We are looking for a candidate who can provide top-notch technical support to our clients in a fast-paced environment. As a Multilingual Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing product information, and documenting customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the customer record.
  • Provide product information and guidance to customers.
  • Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for purchases and services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A high school degree or equivalent.1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, demonstrating professional phone skills.1-2 years of experience providing technical support, preferably in a computer services environment.

Salary Information:

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $6,000 and $6,500 per month, depending on location and other factors.
