Technical Support Specialist for Citrix Networking Solutions

Sgf Global seeks a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences with our Citrix Networking solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to independently resolve complex customer issues, collaborate with Engineering teams to develop technical solutions, and provide clear documentation of customer interactions.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support environment, including at least 1 year in an escalation-level team collaborating with Engineering to resolve problems within enterprise-level customer environments.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Practical understanding of the OSI model.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • CCNA, CCNP, Certificate of MCSE or CCIE.
  • AWS, Azure and other Cloud solution provider.
  • Shell, Python, or Perl Scripting languages.
  • Firewall/DMZ configuration.
