Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience in resolving complex technical issues and providing excellent customer service.

This role will involve working closely with our customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions that meet those needs. The successful candidate will be able to think critically and solve problems effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer technical issues via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computing, networking, web browsers, and PC troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with GSuite and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
