About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Cloud Software Group. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical assistance to our customers, resolving complex issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description

This role is ideal for a technical professional with expertise in cloud solutions, computer systems, and software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide training and guidance to junior team members, and contribute to the development of knowledge base articles.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support via phone, email, or chat to resolve customer issues
  • Analyzing complex technical problems and developing effective solutions
  • Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on technical procedures
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge base articles to improve customer self-service capabilities
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical support initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Expertise in computing (Mac & PC), networking, and software applications
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with Single Sign On (SSO) and server administration skills
  • Ability to analyze complex logs and conditional calculations
