Role Overview

In IBM Consulting, we are seeking a talented Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will work with visionaries across multiple industries to improve the hybrid cloud and AI journey for the most innovative and valuable companies in the world.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design and develop user interface solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Customize and integrate Marketing Cloud with other systems and data sources to meet business requirements.
  • Implement personalization and segmentation strategies for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Marketing Cloud implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and client marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Required Skills


  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web development.
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles, user-centered design principles, usability and accessibility, and frameworks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate design mockups into functional UI components.
