Your Role and Responsibilities
You'll participate in various aspects of the software development lifecycle, including testing and support. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality and meets the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer experience by solving complex business problems and delivering innovative solutions.
- Work directly with clients to understand and troubleshoot issues, collect data, and design and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of database configurations and support (SQL, DB2).
- Basic understanding of Web Application Server (WAS, Weblogic) configuration mechanisms.
- Fluent level of English and Spanish.
