**Job Summary:**
As a Senior Technical Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by resolving complex technical issues on NetScaler.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Independently defuse sophisticated customer situations through effective communication and follow-through.
  • Resolve technically complex, critically important, or politically sensitive customer issues.
  • Act as a technical interface between customers and engineering teams, providing clear issue documentation and collaborating with senior-level players.
  • Prioritize problem reports for engineering in Citrix Networking products.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop complex technical articles and case studies for the knowledge base.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Citrix Networking products and adjacent technologies.
  • Develop advanced technical training for internal and external audiences.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in a Tech Support environment, including 2-3 years in an Escalation-level team.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Practical understanding of the OSI model.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Solid understanding of Linux operation system, load balancing, routing, switching, VLAN, firewall, VPN, common protocols, and networking fundamentals.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
CCNP, Certificate of MCSE or CCIE, AWS, Azure, and other cloud solution providers, Shell, Python, or Perl scripting languages, Firewall/DMZ configuration.
