Job Overview

Experian Health is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide implementation and support services for our Patient Scheduling product. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, logical expression skills, and experience in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for internal and external customers of EHC software solutions.
  • Configure and maintain customer configurations, ensuring that change requests include all required information and proper actions are taken.
  • Deliver quality assurance testing in partnership with Product Management and Product Development on new solutions, features, and system updates.
  • Participate in internal meetings and follow established protocols and rules.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including complex functions, and certification.
  • Familiarity with Visio and flowchart logic.
  • Familiarity with Boolean logical expressions.
  • Experience in healthcare, including software delivery in the healthcare industry.
  • Successful interaction with end-user populations within a healthcare environment.
