About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Softtek. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Use ticketing system software to track and manage customer requests.
  • Utilize office software to perform tasks and provide solutions to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Excellent English language skills, with a minimum of 85% proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with office software and willingness to learn new technologies.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 per annum, depending on location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and development.
