Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist - Knowledge Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining knowledge repository documentation, coordinating Help Desk knowledge, and providing exceptional client support.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. They will also be detail-oriented, able to analyze and interpret data, and possess strong time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Creation and maintenance of knowledge repository documentation
- Coordination of Help Desk knowledge
- Providing exceptional client support
- Analyzing and interpreting data to inform decision-making
- Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- 1 year of experience in a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills, excellent written communication skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with ability to analyze and interpret data
- Strong time management skills, including prioritizing tasks and managing workload
The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
