Customer Service Specialist

Overview: At Client Services, Inc. - Cr, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
Schedule and Training: The training schedule is 7am-4pm Monday through Friday for two weeks. After the training period, the work schedule will vary between 7am-10:00pm, totaling 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on available financial options
- Discuss sensitive financial situations with empathy and professionalism
- Process customer requests systematically and efficiently
- Maintain client and company policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Proficient in handling sensitive financial information
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems
