Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support and Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring seamless interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize available resources to research and gather information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Stay updated on system, product, and process changes, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Participate in special projects, contributing to business growth and process improvements.

Requirements

  • A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
  • A High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or related industries.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 or above).
  • Excellent communication, listening, written, and verbal skills.
  • Strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Schedule flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivation, a proactive approach, and a genuine interest in helping customers.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital dentistry or 3D printing.

Physical Demands

  • The ability to use hands and reach with hands and arms.
  • The ability to see, listen, and speak.
  • The ability to view and identify small features on parts/components.
  • Lifting up to 20 pounds.
  • Work activities with production chemicals, adhesives, and epoxies using required personal protective equipment.
  • Long periods of walking and standing.

Work Environment
