Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl is a leading provider of customer service solutions. As a Dedicated Customer Experience Specialist, you will be part of our team that delivers exceptional support to our customers.
About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Costa Rica. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, escalating where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support delivery.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- B2 English proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, plus benefits including medical insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Our office is located in the America Free Zone (AFZ), Cariari, Heredia, and we offer a hybrid-model schedule with two days in the office and three days working from home.
Estimated Salary
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
