Datasite is a global leader in data rooms and SaaS technology for M&A and high-value transactions. To drive our continued success, we seek a highly skilled Global Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.

Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.

Job Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Heredia, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm CST. The successful candidate will provide world-class support to our global clients, enhancing their overall product and service experience.

The ideal candidate will provide product support by assisting customers with simple to moderately complex questions and problems. They will troubleshoot issues to resolution and directly answer user questions.

The successful candidate will also collaborate with other team members to achieve timely resolution, provide advice and training to customers on Datasite products via phone and web meetings, and guide customers through consultative discussions including feature demonstrations to meet their specific needs.

Additionally, the candidate will assist customers in the setup and configuration of projects and features within Datasite products, capture all service requests, interactions, and communications in Salesforce Service Cloud, and build positive relationships with customers.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
