Job DescriptionThe Customer Support Specialist plays a critical role in providing best-in-class customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and processing all inbound calls to the Service Desk, making outbound calls in connection with problem resolution, and managing the lifecycle of Incident Management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing extended support on identified technologies and products when called upon
- Transferring incidents to the correct resolver group and following up to ensure timely resolution
- Communicating incident status to customers and resolving incidents where necessary
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong technical competency with knowledge of identified technologies and/or products
- C-HS Graduate or Equivalent
- Linguistic proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English

The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
