Salary and Benefits

The estimated monthly gross salary for this role is $5500 - $6500, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn an annual bonus based on your performance.

Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist at Convera, you will be responsible for facilitating a positive journey for clients through the efficient and timely handling of pre and post-transaction queries.

You will work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities to refer clients to additional products and services, ensuring that client needs are met and revenue is increased.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate Salesforce records
  • Ensuring client requests are handled on time and with accuracy
  • Participating in team initiatives as needed
  • Identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as proficiency in office productivity tools such as MS Office and Salesforce.

You should have the ability to navigate a computerized data entry system, handle objections and complaints, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

A strong team player with a high degree of self-motivation and attention to detail is essential for this role.
