Strategic Partner for CPG Ads Growth in CASA

At Uber, we're committed to connecting people with what they want, when and where they want it. Our Sales and Sales Operations teams play a crucial role in introducing restaurant partners to our platform and partnering with them to drive growth.
The CASA team is seeking a skilled professional to help build and grow our CPG Ads business in this region.
About the Role:
This strategic partner will be responsible for developing and executing ads partnership strategies that deliver on marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals. You'll work closely with multiple verticals, including local operations, restaurant teams, and S&P teams to meet the needs of our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners
- Building meaningful relationships with key marketing decision makers within CPG organizations
- Navigating complex partner conversations and employing critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional collaboration across Global Ads, Operations, S&P, and Marketing teams to ensure partner satisfaction
- Developing pitch narratives that scale across our Ads team and drive growth for our CPG partners
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of confirmed experience in end-to-end CPG/Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales
- Experience selling ads solutions to large, sophisticated CPG brands and organizations
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Salesforce/other CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity
- Passion for building relationships and experience with cross-functional and multicultural collaborations
- Fluency in English and Spanish
