Job Description
As a Senior Recruiter Lead for Strategic Growth, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches. You will also recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
- Implement new processes and fine-tune standard processes for recruiting that fit within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with process, priorities, deliverables, and client teams, or managing/coaching teams, inclusive of the development of recruiting strategies or organizational headcount planning in a business or executive recruiting context.
- 3+ years of experience running and building analytics and data to guide collaborative decisions with business leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment.
