About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Lead to join our team at Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl. This is an exciting opportunity to drive process improvements, develop strategic roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create consensus for project vision with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage strategic roadmaps for unique customer solutions.
  • Lead scoping and prioritization exercises to maximize business benefits.
  • Execute plans with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop best practices to foster success and track progress.
  • Partner with business/operations/product and program teams to consult, develop, and implement KPIs and automated reporting/process solutions.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impair team performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
