Job Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with direct reports and skip-level meetings with individual contributors.
- Recruit and promote talents, collaborating with HRBP/People Org to manage career paths, maintain employee well-being, and recognize out-performers.
- Take proactive measures to minimize attrition, efficiently managing resources to deliver all assignments.
- Ensure knowledge and skills gaps are addressed in a timely manner.
- Promote initiatives to improve performance at all levels, driving continuous improvement through debriefs and enrichment activities.
- Implement Performance Improvement Plans for low performers, demonstrating a can-do approach and assisting colleagues from different teams.
- Maintain group alignment with your vision and targets through frequent meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service through all channels, reducing customer effort by optimizing troubleshooting iterations.
- Owning escalations, engage customers directly and follow up until mitigation/resolution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing enterprise-level customer relationships with a successful track record of driving retention and growth.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team, with a natural leadership ability and passion for coaching.
- Collaborative team player with a track record of partnering with sales and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver results.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing demands.
- Data-driven decision maker with a strong focus on execution.
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with key executives.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to execute at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Strong operational rigor and effective project management skills.
- Tech savvy and excited to learn SentinelOne products.
