About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive incident resolution and optimize support engineering delivery.
  • Develop expert-level competence on support topics, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to content strategy.
  • Provide feedback on product functionality, informing enhancements and improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical support experience or equivalent, preferably in software development, consulting, or IT.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of .Net Framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and cloud technologies like Azure.
  • Familiarity with C, C++, Java, HTML5, and developer tools like Visual Studio.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MCP certification in Microsoft programming technologies.
  • Experience with Agile development principles and application lifecycle management.
