We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences.

About the Role:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced-level technical support to our customers via various communication channels. Your primary goal is to ensure that customers receive prompt and effective solutions to their technical issues, resulting in high customer satisfaction and well-documented resolutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing complex technical issues and providing resolution through troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge.
  • Prioritizing tasks to effectively utilize team resources and manage quality of work.
  • Providing instruction on product features and application, as well as recommending product selection to customers.
  • Contributing to Knowledge Centered System (KCS) by attaching relevant articles, creating new articles, and editing existing ones.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. You should also be proficient in using various web browsers, PC troubleshooting, firewalls, and proxy servers, as well as having good knowledge of computing, networking, and Microsoft Office Suite products.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
