We are a well-established financial services company looking for an experienced Phone Advisor. As a Phone Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by qualifying leads, asking the right questions, and documenting interactions in our CRM system. This information will be used to guide our Sales Managers in making informed decisions.

Your success in this role will be directly tied to your ability to close deals. You will work closely with our management team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. To excel in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and possess a strong understanding of financial products.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in mortgage sales, real estate sales, or other investment product sales. They should also have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $129,362.00 - $206,980.00 per month, depending on performance. Additionally, we provide opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
