**About Ecube Labs and the Opportunity**

Ecube Labs, a pioneer in the smart waste management industry, is seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to drive growth in our expanding North American market.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive cold-calling and effective use of CRM tools
- Exceed sales performance targets by consistently meeting or exceeding quota requirements
- Work remotely during US business hours (9 AM - 6 PM C.T. or E.T.) with a quiet and comfortable workspace that allows you to focus on your tasks

**Requirements and Qualifications**

- Fluency in written and verbal English with minimal accent
- Ability to confidently engage and approach prospects in a cold calling context
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- High level of discipline, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently

**Nice to Have Skills and Experience**

- Familiarity with CRM systems like Hubspot
- Cold-calling experience and/or background in salesforce.com platforms

**Benefits and Compensation Package**

**2-week comprehensive paid training program provided
- Competitive base salary of USD 880 per month plus unlimited commission potential based on individual performance
