Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Lubricants Sales Team Lead to join our team specializing in sales for our Cummins Engine Components in Distribution Business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data management and analysis, with intermediate Excel proficiency, and knowledge of routes in the country. Additionally, they should have a university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

Job Responsibilities

This role involves managing and developing the lubricants sales team, supervising 5-7 sales representatives, handling national routes, analyzing sales data, contacting and negotiating with clients, and managing new accounts opened by the sales representatives.

The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and margin targets, as well as maintaining a strong market presence through effective coverage and market share.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience in data management and analysis, intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge of routes in the country, availability for visits outside the Greater Metropolitan Area, and tours
  • Experience in the lubricants sector (minimum 2 years), engines, automotive parts, or automotive after-sales, automotive service
  • Intermediate or advanced English is desirable
  • A valid driver's license is required

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
