Commercial Lubricants Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a talented Commercial Lubricants Advisor to join our team specializing in Sales for our Distribution Business in Costa Rica.
This role will allow you to make an impact in the following ways:
- Ensure achievement of set objectives: financial targets, customer base or portfolio, product sales volume, maintenance of current portfolio, and expansion of future portfolio.
- Provide technical consultancy for lubricant clients.
- Create a pool of prospective clients and manage pipeline business, generating portfolio control reports, sales reports, accounts receivable reports from clients, and updating client records.
- Align with and adhere to administrative, operational, and occupational safety policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Required Qualifications and Skills- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales and customer service in lubricants sector.
- University degree (industrial, mechanic or related field).
- Experience in product development (line introduction, target customer identification, promotion strategy, competitive analysis, pricing analysis, inventory analysis, and local availability analysis).
- Field visits to clients, national routes.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Netsuite Oracle).
Based on market standards, the estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
