Commercial Development Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Development Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving category performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze data from Retail Link, Dichter & Neira, Scanning, Tableau, Nielsen, Business Intelligence, and SAP to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and analyze the 5 Ps of marketing (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion, and POP) for categories and products.
- Analyze exhibition coverage and ensure compliance with execution as negotiated.
- Monitor compliance with the Promotional WM Process (PTC) agreed with customers.
- Provide support and plans to accelerate sell-out of all categories to regional and local teams.
- Build analysis to support internal presentations, including commercial meetings, mid-year reviews, and budget reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial areas working with clients and brands in consumer goods companies.
- Experience working with Walmart is preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills and management of BI, RSI, Retail Link, SAP, Tableau, and Google Workspace.
- High planning and priority setting skills.
- Previous experience as an executive, category manager, or local shopper development manager.
- Advanced English level.
