**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our sales team. The successful candidate will work closely with sales representatives, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective sales coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents and contracts.
  • Support sales reps with closing deals, ensuring all required documentation, pricing, and terms are complete and in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update the Sales Hub site with relevant documents from all departments.
  • Manage customer information, sales activities, and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports to support sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, systems, and workflows.

**Requirements**

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or sales are a plus. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer-oriented environment. Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
