We are seeking a skilled Client Success Representative to join our team at Betterwho. As a key member of our Property Management Company, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients through timely and efficient interactions.

You will work closely with our Client Success Manager to set clear support goals and objectives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicate effectively through various channels
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products to provide accurate answers
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Collaborate with colleagues as necessary
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • E nsure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer support

Requirements:

  • Clear English Communication (written and spoken)
  • Experience working in high-volume customer service environments
  • Advanced Customer Service Skills
  • Task-driven approach
  • Critical thinking abilities

Compensation: A competitive salary range of ¢705,000.00 - ¢825,000.00 per month

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service is required

Language:

Fluency in English is mandatory
