Life Sciences Customer Success Professional

At Emerson, we are looking for a talented individual to join our Process Systems & Solutions business group as a Life Sciences Customer Care Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to assigned account teams to ensure their success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and building effective relationships with customers. You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic account plans, leading quarterly business reviews, and driving internal and customer-facing meetings to achieve sales results.
You will also engage with key stakeholders, including internal and external executives, to identify future opportunities and drive scope expansion. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding bookings targets for assigned accounts and developing key relationships with channel partners and customers.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Service Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. You should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of the Process Automation Industry. Advanced English language skills are a must, and the ability to travel up to 10% is required.
Experience working in virtual teams across multiple time zones and cultures is preferred, as well as familiarity with tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Applications.
