Customer Success Representative

As a Customer Success Representative in our Sales Excellence team, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal by identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with our customers.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per annum, plus benefits, to ensure that our employees can thrive in their roles and enjoy a great work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of outbound telesales experience, preferably in the technology industry, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be confident in your ability to build rapport with customers, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
We are looking for a professional who is able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Making 50-75 outbound calls per day to existing and prospective customers to identify new sales opportunities
- Building strong relationships with customers through consultative selling skills and effective communication
- Providing accurate quotes, ensuring correct credit terms, and vendor information is up-to-date in our database
- Meeting or exceeding all quotas and activity objectives in assigned territory
