We are seeking an experienced **Asset Manager** to join our skilled team and contribute to our growth as a top real estate company.

**Job Description**

The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing wealth or assets based on knowledge, planning, organization, and integrated management to optimize asset performance and minimize costs. This role will also focus on improving the service offered by our repossessed properties department.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage all necessary tasks to list properties on the market and complete them in the Pyramid platform within established timeframes.
  • Maintain an Excel database of assigned properties.
  • Conduct estimated valuations of items found within properties.
  • Manage HOA documentation with property administration staff.
  • Verify property tax account statuses.
  • Check listing information for properties once they are listed.
  • Review marketing plans.
  • Perform estimated property damage assessments.
  • Create and/or review property inspection reports.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Preferred: real estate knowledge.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Previous experience as an Asset Manager or Customer Service representative (1+ year).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
