Customer Experience Liaison

We are seeking a Customer Experience Liaison to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients who manage global operations.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and updates with professionalism and care.
- Monitor and manage client orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery through various logistical channels.
- Track order statuses and conduct follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction, addressing concerns and offering solutions proactively.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, order statuses, and feedback to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Prepare and share regular status reports with clients and internal stakeholders.
Academic/Training:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Analyst level: 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Junior level: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in any professional role (related experience is not mandatory).
Skills:
- Proficiency in English (advanced level required).
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
