We are looking for a highly skilled Guest Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Marketing team members to manage guest feedback and continuously improve relationships with existing guests in our English-speaking markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling non-critical and critical guest feedback, driving online review generation on Trust-pilot and Google Places, supporting event planning and execution for U.S. and Canadian guests, and developing marketing outreach campaigns to repeat guests.
To excel in this role, you should have a university degree, a minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in hospitality, customer service, marketing, or sales, including direct guest communications experience in the US market.
