">We are seeking highly skilled Customer Experience Liaisons to join our Support Services Group team in San Jose, Costa Rica.
About the Role
">This position is a key opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service experiences. As a Customer Experience Liaison, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by providing expert guidance and support through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
">* Consult with customers on leveraging products/services tailored to their unique needs* Maintain extensive product knowledge to ensure accurate, up-to-date information is provided to customers* Track interactions in CRM systems to foster cross-functional awareness and relationship development*
Requirements
">To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
* Over 6 months of proven experience in customer-facing roles* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills* Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude* Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences* Strong time-management and prioritization skills* Familiarity with CRM systems* Ability to work under pressure*
