Role OverviewThis is a full-time role as a Client Services Associate II at Experian. We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team in providing exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Provide product training to clients to ensure they can utilize our services effectively.
- Diagnose and resolve complex problems related to credentialing, technical support, billing, account maintenance, data issues, file research, product descriptions, pricing, intranet access requests, and security compliance regulations.
- Coordinate client requests and service needs with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of advanced customer service experience.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills and mainframe or Access experience a plus.
- A competitive salary estimated at $65,000 per year.
