Customer Experience Manager

This role is responsible for leading a team of 10-20 agents in delivering exceptional results while ensuring compliance with Equifax requirements and policies. As a Service Delivery Supervisor, you will be instrumental in driving business KPIs (e.g., SLA, Customer Experience, Quality, Efficiencies) and maintaining one-on-one and coaching meeting routines with direct reports.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced spoken and written English skills (B2 or C1), a minimum Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Office (Excel). Additionally, they should have at least 6 months of proven experience as a supervisor, team lead, or SME.
In this role, you will contribute to resolving complex tasks, requests, escalations, and issues accurately and timely. You will also partner with key resources in the Business Units, Center of Excellence, and Shared Services Center to identify potential process improvement initiatives.
