Patientpop is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our new customers have a positive and engaging experience throughout their onboarding journey.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging momentum with customers through superior service
  • Set proper expectations regarding timelines, points of contact, and resources available
  • Gather requirements, contact information, and preferences relevant to product mix purchased
  • Note requirements and preferences in structured fields and unstructured notes
  • Identify potential areas of risk if expectations are not aligned and escalate accordingly
  • Answer inbound phone calls from new customers and Account Executives, and schedule kick-off calls with assigned Onboarding Managers within the first 4-5 days
  • Owning full end-to-end onboarding of certain accounts in special circumstances

Your Professional Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience leading or supporting implementations of software solutions
  • Experience in SaaS environments in a project coordinator or customer success role is a plus
  • Minimum English level B2+ CEFR oral and written
  • Strong analytical skills, project management, or project coordinator background
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be results-oriented
