Customer Success Enablement Specialist

- Be a point person for any escalations
- Support the launch and enablement of new processes and tools for the customer success team
- Establish processes to monitor and report the usage of our solutions by the customer
- Partner with customer success managers to identify solutions to increase customer adoption of our solutions
- Provide operational support for customer success managers
- Identify process inefficiencies impacting customers and collaborate with the cross-functional teams to devise effective improvements.
- Project management of initiatives
**What experience you need**
- 3+ years of experience** **acting as a **Customer Success Analyst/Specialist **roles
- 2+ years of experience in project management driving initiatives end to end in an IT industry
- English Proficiency B2+ or higher

- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven collaborative skills working in a matrix organization
- Ability to roll up sleeves and do what is needed to make programs successful
- Incredible attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in the unknown, be agile and willing to be flexible, juggling multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Ability to learn and familiarize with Equifax systems/processes
- Communicate with cross-functional teams ( Operations, product, and technology)
- Self-motivated and able to work remotely and under pressure, diligent with deliverables and deadlines, able to multitask
- Exceptional due diligence and follow-up skills, energetic with a positive attitude.
- Research, investigate, and analyze requests with mínimal oversight or guidance.
Must be able to own and see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
- Demonstrate proficiency to define problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions through deductive reasoning.
- On-call support as required
