KDP Support Specialist Job Description

This role is part of the Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica team, and we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a KDP Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with publishers/content providers to resolve their concerns and ensure a smooth publishing experience on the Amazon Kindle store.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Provide education to customers on system and process issues.
  • Route issues and bugs that need engineering expertise to the development teams.
  • Use customer service tools in order to provide an accurate response and an exceptional customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Proven English verbal and written fluency skills.
  • (If applicable) Proven international language verbal and written fluency skills.
  • 1+ years of previous experience in a contact center environment.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with external/internal contacts.
  • Proven ability to understand complex issues.
  • Ability to navigate through multiple web tools.
  • BASIC Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word understanding and usage.
  • Schedule flexibility.
