Service Experience Representative

The Service Experience Representative will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and effective.
You will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your customer service skills and passion for delivering world-class experiences.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Design and implement customer-centric solutions to meet their requirements.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are positive, efficient, and effective.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback and sentiment to inform business decisions.
- English level B2+ to C1
- High School Diploma
- 6 months minimum of Contact Center experience
