**Job Overview**
Auxis is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to lead our team of professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a proven track record of coaching and developing staff members, as well as a strong focus on quality assurance and process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide coaching and guidance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer experience and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with the customer service manager to establish clear performance goals and metrics for the team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with a proven track record of leadership and coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
