We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Lead. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the customer lifecycle.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Complete oversight of operations providing customers with product information and resolution of customer service or account issues
  • In-depth product and data knowledge enabling timely responses to complex client questions
  • Reporting and management of key metrics to ensure clients are serviced in a timely and accurate manner
