Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Program Manager to lead our employee commute services team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a best-in-class customer service program that drives sustainable transportation adoption among employees.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in transportation demand management, communications, or customer service, with a proven track record of coaching and managing teams. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and the ability to provide efficient, timely, and reliable service to customers.

This role will involve:

  • Developing and maintaining best practices for communicating commute options to employees
  • Coaching and developing team members to become subject matter experts in employee commuting
  • Managing employee communication channels and responding to high-visibility parking-related escalations
  • Partnering with internal teams to understand and communicate commute-related benefits and subsidies

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Enthusiasm for sustainable transportation
  • A degree in a relevant field (AA/AS)
  • 2+ years of experience in transportation demand management, communications, customer service, or a related field
  • Program management and development experience
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and manage a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
